UAB "Pikselana", a Limited Liability Company, known in the market as "DreamJOB" - our office is situated at Panerių Street 51, office No 412, Vilnius, Lithuania.
We are specialized in staffing and recruitment, in HoReCa, warehousing, and Construction areas, together with 30+ recruiting partners across the globe and 5000+ Job seekers in Data Base.
We match the employers and employees after reviewing and scrutinizing their needs, nature of work, and cost-effectiveness. We bolster individuals and associations to understand their actual potential.
Our aim is to provide skilled and unskilled construction workers to companies on a temporary employment basis/secondment basis in response to the current shortage of construction labor in Lithuania and EU. Our Parent company ‘’UAB Maira Stato’’ has formed a strategic alliance with several European Staffing agencies.
We are aware that the cost of labor is an important factor, however, we believe that for our clients, even more important than the cost, is the quality and predictability of work, as well as the high levels of assiduity and discipline of our collaborators.
